Rôle
–
o Provide guidance on the appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, on-the-job training, )
o Review training modules for clarity and consistency across the business units.
o Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
o Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
o Lead the escalation/communication of risks and issues as appropriate to the Change Management Officer
o Provide Dashboard on activity follow up
o Work closely with the Program Team
