Training Officer / Responsable de la formation / Freelance Temps Plein

Dans le cadre d’un grand programme de transformation dont l’objectif est de remplacer un système critique et multi interfaces, S&J recherche, pour l’un de ses clients, acteur majeur du monde du tourisme, un Training Officer.

Rôle

–

• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
• In collaboration with the subject matter experts:

o Provide guidance on the appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, on-the-job training, )

o Review training modules for clarity and consistency across the business units.

o Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts

o Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs

• Work closely with the PMO dedicated to the Change management logistics in order to secure the training needs
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session
• Drive the day to day activities to ensure the completion and quality of training modules
• In collaboration with the Change Manager Officer

o Lead the escalation/communication of risks and issues as appropriate to the Change Management Officer

o Provide Dashboard on activity follow up

o Work closely with the Program Team

Profil recherché

–

• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to easily acclimate into the project team environment and make an immediate contribution
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
• English proficiency is mandatory
