Dans le cadre d’un grand programme de transformation dont l’objectif est de remplacer un système critique et multi interfaces, S&J recherche, pour l’un de ses clients, acteur majeur du monde du tourisme, deux PMO Change Management (un confirmé, un senior).
Rôle

Drive all the Change Factory administrative tasks including logistics
Coordinate the training and communication logistics being a bridge with facilities and Training Department
Gather individual / team level status reports and consolidate them for the change management officer
Assist in Change Factory planning and tasks follow up
Provide support on documentation and project instances preparation
Profil recherché

Min 3 to 5 years relevant experience within a similar role
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
Ability to work autonomously and to effectively prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
Motivated team player
Ability to easily acclimate into the project team environment and make an immediate contribution
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
